okbd Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before registering on the okbd platform. By starting to use the service, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the okbd platform and all associated services. By browsing the okbd website, opening an account, or starting to use any gaming service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and serve as a legal agreement between the user and okbd. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the service.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
2.1 Minimum Age
All okbd services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. No person under the age of 21 may register or use the service. Providing false information about age during registration will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
okbd primarily provides services to Bangladeshi users. Access to the platform may be restricted from certain regions or countries. Users are responsible for confirming that use of such services is lawful from their location.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Only one account is permitted per individual, household or IP address. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings may be cancelled.
3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on okbd, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing your name, mobile number, date of birth and email address correctly is mandatory. Submitting incorrect or false information will be considered a breach of these Terms.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
okbd may require identity verification before processing financial transactions. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport or other government-approved document. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Security
Keeping your account login details confidential and not sharing them with any third party is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the okbd support team immediately. okbd is not liable for any loss resulting from negligence in securing your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
You can deposit on okbd via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.
4.3 Withdrawal Approval Conditions
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing funds received from bonuses (see section 5 for details). If fraud is suspected in any transaction, okbd reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
okbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a specified minimum deposit amount is required and the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
- The original deposit amount cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering conditions are met.
- okbd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- A bonus is never a substitute for cash; it is a conditional benefit.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
The okbd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.
Detailed rules regarding VIP benefits and tier changes will be governed by the information published on the platform.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Results
All games on okbd are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial results. Live casino games are streamed directly from reputable studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. If a technical error occurs in a game result, okbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant round.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has set minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are displayed in the game interface. Specific betting limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.
6.3 Technical Issues
okbd is not obliged to provide specific compensation if a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device failure. However, arrangements will be made to resume the game according to server records. In such situations, okbd's decision is final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbd platform:
- Playing games using bots, automated software or any artificial intelligence tools.
- Following any strategy or method with the intention of abusing the bonus system.
- Accessing another user's account or attempting to obtain their login details.
- Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
- Impersonating okbd staff or attempting to communicate under their identity.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the system, hacking or cyber attacks.
- Operating multiple accounts using false information.
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all deposited funds and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
8. Responsible Gaming
okbd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. The platform provides various tools to help users manage their gaming time and spending.
8.1 Self-Control Tools
- Option to set deposit limits.
- Option to set session time limits.
- Temporary or permanent account self-exclusion.
- Option to view detailed gaming history and transaction records.

8.2 Protection of Minors
okbd does not support the operation of an account by anyone under the age of 21 and follows a strict verification process in this regard. If there is suspicion that an account is being used by a minor, okbd reserves the right to investigate and suspend that account.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
okbd treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information collected during registration and while using the service is used solely for account management, transaction verification and service improvement.

10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure by okbd
okbd may suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
- Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
- Participating in any harmful activity against the platform.
10.2 Closure by the User
Any user may request permanent closure of their own account through the support team. All pending transactions must be completed and wagering conditions met before the account is closed.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the okbd platform is limited. In particular, okbd is not liable for:
- Game sessions being interrupted due to technical errors or server outages.
- Issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game studios).
- Financial losses resulting from gaming decisions.
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

When submitting a complaint via live chat or email, please include your account number, the date and time of the incident and a detailed description of the issue. okbd's decision is considered final, though a fair review is guaranteed.
13. Mobile App Terms of Use
The okbd Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. All clauses of these terms and conditions apply equally to use of the mobile app. If you have any questions specific to the app, contact the support team.
14. Changes to Terms
okbd reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Revised terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is each user's responsibility to review this page regularly to stay up to date.

15. Applicable Law
